Kevin P. Bell, Esq.
Kevin is the managing attorney at Bell Law Firm. He represents individuals, businesses, and insurers in complex litigation matters across Wyoming, in both state and federal courts. His current focus is directed toward motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, real property, corporate law, construction law, and other civil litigation matters. In assisting Wyoming’s need, Kevin works as a criminal defense attorney on a select basis throughout the state.
Kevin previously worked in the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming as a federal extern. Following his time at the federal court, Kevin was an attorney at Schwartz, Bon, Walker, and Studer, LLC, a local Casper firm, assisting in commercial defense litigation.
Kevin was raised in Casper and is grateful to continue living in this beautiful part of the country. Kevin obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming, in Laramie, Wyoming. Kevin received his J.D. with honors from the University of Florida, was involved in the Real Property and Estates Society, and is a Phi Alpha Delta member. Kevin completed his capstone thesis on cybersecurity and data retention, including competitions in source code analysis of tampered evidence and electronic discovery.
Fortunate to have received professional mentorship throughout his career, Kevin is a principled believer in career mentorship as an obligation of working professionals guiding those upcoming attorneys. He will always find time to provide guidance to those interested in learning, and is glad to serve as a mentor to those in law.
